Compared to wine bars I’ve visited in the past, this staff isn’t very helpful. I’ve been here numerous times and only one guy has ever offered tasting notes, suggestions or recommendations on what to try. They are almost downright rude in their dismissiveness. I’ve never experienced this before, as most wine staff are enthusiastic, sometimes to the point of being overwhelming.I do appreciate the parklet. It’s nice to have outdoor seating on a nice day. But with the overall vibe, I’d rather go to one of the many, many other wine bars in Oakland. I prefer being around people who are warm and welcoming.

I really enjoyed this wine bar! The wine options were great and I found out all they only carry natural wine so that was a plus! I actually just went back again today and bought a whole case and it was so reasonable. Will definitely be coming back when I need more wine!

Eh. Servers have been friendly and helpful and offered tastes, which is nice. Interior is okay, not exciting. I've just never much liked any wine I've had from here. Its all "natural wines," which here seems to mean unpleasantly weird and funky. And in my book, funk belongs in music, not in my wine glass.

Not a wine drinker but apparently this is a great spot for natty wine. Friends took me here with a box of pizza that we can consume while drinking wine. The staff are knowledgeable and give great recommendations that fit our palette. The prices are really really reasonable for this little establishment and a perfect location to sit outdoors and enjoy the nice weather with a food you brought and a glass... bottle of wine..

The elitist staff provided some of the snootiest service I have ever experienced in my life. The staff seems to pay more attention to, and give much heavier pours to their friends who are all over the establishment. I could have gotten over that if they treated everyone in the wine bar the same (with the same kindness and enthusiasm) but unfortunately, they did not treat every patron equally. I did attempt to ask questions about the wine and learn more about the shop, which was mostly met with very short answers so that they could continue side conversation and once an eye roll from one of the servers in a beanie. Do not waste your money - several other bars within 2 minute walk.
Rude staff that look like they havent showered in a week, like holes in t-shirts homeless chic. So gross.

Today was the absolutely best weather we've had in a long time. I was eager to find somewhere cute and quaint to enjoy a glass of wine while wrapping up the walk with my dog.Ordinaire had a friendly lady serving the wine glasses who was very helpful in suggesting a good glass when I gave her my preferences. They allow dogs inside while you order and have a cute picturesque parklet outside for you to sit with your doggo afterwards. Will be back!

Super cute wine shop & wine bar. I don't drink a lot of natural eines, so it was fun to get to sample a few. If I lived closer this would definitely be my neighborhood spot to meet friends for a drink.

The people that run this wine shop are thoroughly lovely folk. I went there this week and embarrassingly my english card was declined after he’d actually poured my drink. He smiled and said don’t worry have the drink. Of course my shame prevented me from forgetting this kind turn, so I returned two hours later and paid him.But my payment continues has now I’m giving them five stars. Thank you.
