This Panda is convenient to my job. That plus I get a 3-item and save half for tomorrow's lunch equals I come here about 2-3x a month. Not the best tasting, but it's basically fast food so I can't expect gourmet taste. Many times I've complained on their online satisfaction survey (that no one apparently pays attention to) that chewy, gummy chicken is not the business. Otherwise it's good enough to do a quick lunch. They try real hard for the add-on upsale...
