3rd time trying to get cup before work. One person at counter 7am no one else in store. Place order. In meantime lots of pre order labels print. Then two more staff come downstairs. Still no coffee. Ask barista who starts making cups but not my cup (trying to get to work ) he says "sorry a lot of orders before you" I explain that doesn't seem to work for me. Finally sibribe has him make my cup. 3rd time no one in store I'm waiting wayyyy to long for one simple cup

I gave this place several times to get it right and today was my last time the staff are incompetent they do not move with a sense of urgency on a Monday morning! especially when people are trying to get their coffee and go to work! no enthusiasm! you have to tell them and repeat yourself over and over again! Why do they have someone on the cash register that has anxiety and that has stage fright and that has no customer service experience whatsoever why?

I will start by saying work at a Peet's so I know how service should be done. I've noticed a trend of Peets being super lazy about the simplest order requests. I literally just asked for a biscotti to be blended in my frappe and barista told me no because it has almonds in it. Again I work at Peets and that is not a valid excuse because we have blender specifically used for almond products. Team member on register also was struggling to take down my order then proceeded to warm my pastry without being prompted to. I always have terrible experiences at this Peets and Emeryville Peets
