I’m a bit confused. At one point in time I felt like Philomena was easily the best pizza in the bay, and from the photos in others reviews it looks like things haven’t changed, hence my confusion when my order arrives and it is soggy, oily, bready, and the ingredients taste cheep. Do your toast deliveries come from a different kitchen? If so, the quality isn’t up to what I’ve come to expect. For now sadly, you’ve been taken off my 100% confidence endorsement food list.

Went to Philomena on a “Date Night” with my husband. The house mushroom pizza was so good and the chicken wings, the sweet garlic thai one. The best!! Didn’t have room for the beignets. Will try next time. Service was friendly. Very relaxed vibe. Music was great.

This place is a vibe, and it’s a good one. Usually week nights are pretty chill and you can get a table easily. The pizza is bomb, and everything else we’ve tried is great too. Great selection of beer as well!

Philomena is our go-to neighborhood pizza joint (lucky us!). It's pizza is phenomenal and the service is always friendly. We ordered a ton of pizza for my son's birthday party at the park a year ago and the team opened the restaurant early to ensure we got our pizza on time for the party - who does that anymore?! Plus all the partiers raved about the delicious pizza. It's a true gem!

Philomena combines the joy of great pizza with the ease of good service. My family and I had an amazing time here and were left stuffed, yet wanting more of their delicious pizza.
Pizza and salad is our go to and is usually good. We choose not to use a credit card as they charge you for doing that. However, when using cash be sure to have exchange change as they shorted us when we did that. We received the bills owed but not the coin change.

I love Philomena for one of my favorite pizzas in the BAY! They have amazing wings, cookies, and of course the 'za is top tier. They seem to always be engaging in community and sitting strong in their little spot in Jingletown. Try their Harborside! :)
