Really confused by the very LOUD music choices. What do you mean you’re BLASTING Pink at 8:30 in the morning? Do they really not want people hanging out or working here? It’s too bad because otherwise it would be really pleasant but could you just play something more mellow?

I'm a fan of Philz since 2015. So excited that my fav coffee shop opened in Lakeshore. It's a nice space with refreshing interiors. Great for a quick bite! I've literally tried everything on their menu. I love their Mocha tesora , mint mojito and philtered soul the best! I went when there wasn't much rush so the service was super quick. My barista was friendly.. I'm going to be a regular! P.s- parking might be a challenge during peak hours.

If you want to get coffee before work this is not the place. If you place an online order they won’t start preparing it until the supposed pick up time- which is 15 minutes from the time you order. Given that it takes 10-15 minutes to make a stinking cup of coffee it’s unacceptable.

Good coffee but takes a VERY long time for your order to come out. There was only three people in front of me in line, but it took me 35 minutes to get a simple pour over. Their method of individually grinding the beans and doing a pour over means that it can take a very long time to get your drink. And it’s pretty overpriced for just a pour over.
