The salad was fresh, crisp, and full of vibrant flavors.
Very nice to work but very over priced
I got one large cold brew for 8$!

Trash dumpsters make the Philz area gross. Smells horrible and there are rats nested in the dumpsters. So gross!

I give it a one and I’m glad that I can because of the young man that took my order at the register. I tipped him, but there was a woman in front making the coffee and my partner made a simple mistake of thinking that her name was one of the orders and she picked it up.
When she apologized, the woman stared at her as if she hated her guts. We didn’t come there for that in particular and it was insanely noticeable. She didn’t accept the apology, just a really negative stare or gaze. Wasn’t warranted for a simple mistake & in customer service and serving, attitude reflects what you sale or serve.
Please fix this problem in the workplace because that was ridiculous

I had picked up from Too Good To Go before, great experience and staff's were awesome!
We came by yesterday and still an awesome experience from the staff! Super friendly and drinks were delicious!!!
We ordered the Mint Mojito Ice Coffees, I highly recommend getting it extra sweet and creamy! It was a perfect sunny day to stroll through the Farmer's Market in the Grand Lake area.
This location used to be Starbucks. There is one located around the corner where KFC is used to be. Phil's pastries are also delicious, I believe they're from a local bakery. Again, I recommend this Phil's Coffee and am glad it's closer to me!

Soooooo happy that Philz opened a location on Lakeshore. Nice chill vibes, a variety of people coming in to work, socialize, play chess, drink coffee, etc. It's my new go-to spot when I need to focus and get some work done. I'd love if they brought in more big comfy chairs :)
Philz coffee takes a little longer than a standard coffee shop, so if you need an order quickly, I'd submit it in advance of your arrival.

Watched a dude wait for half an hour for a black coffee. Waited myself for 30+ minutes only for them to have lost my order.

Ordered a large iced mint mojito. The coffee is not as strong as the other Philz. It seems watered down. This has to be corrected.

Amazing coffee shop with great atmosphere. The only struggle is really the parking but other than that great place to relax and hang out

No longer driving to College Ave has saved me a ton of time. While parking can be a little tricky, this location is exactly what this neighborhood needs.
TJs, Philz, and a Farmer’s market all make for a perfect Saturday off Lakeshore.

Please train your staff on how to make coffee.
Have been drinking Phil’s coffee for over 20 years and it was the worst I’ve tasted.
