This place has gone down hill with new employees. I used to come here without issue. Yessenia is useless behind the counter and rude toward customers. I ordered online, waited for almost an hour, reminded them they hadn’t made my order, waited 10 more minutes, and then finally left as they still hadn’t started it. So disappointing.

Really nice place to hang out with friends and work in Bay street. We got really nice service. Inside was quite packed, we went there on weekend. They have electrical sockets to charge your devices and have variety of tables and chairs to sit. We order ice tea, it was good. The restrooms for custumers have code, you can ask the staffs for it.

I’ve ordered medium sweet many times and my drinks were overwhelmingly sweet that I couldn’t even drink them. Even light sweet can be too much. Also the wait is always long and it doesn’t matter how slow or busy they are. The staff seemed to prioritize online orders more and they take their sweet time.No sense of urgency. I’ve been to this locations so many times as I work in the mall, it’s just been irritating every time. The wait is ridiculous for a place that doesn't even serve espresso drinks. The coffee is good. Hope they work on their speed.No one wants to wait 20min to get a coffee.

I love their coffee selection! The Mojito has mint leaves which I prefer and it didn’t give too much of the artificial taste. The Iced coffee Rosé is my fav, just the right amount of rose creamer on top 👌🏻

Service shocking guy server absolutely rude When I was talking to his colleague making comments when I'm explaining an issue with my order then I get told the excuse is he's not well in that case he shouldn't be working around food that is extremely bad practice shocking.
I’m amazed, I’m in love, I’m in heaven. That might have been the best cup of joe I’ve EVER HAD. I had to force myself to not chug it and right now I’m fighting the urge to buy another on the spot. You’re too good to me, Philz.

I absolutely love this Philz location! It's incredibly spacious, clean, and a great spot to sit down and work. The staff here are super friendly; they always check in to make sure your drink is just right for you. Plus, the restrooms are kept really clean. Just a heads up, it can get a bit busy on the weekends, but the best part is that dogs are welcome too!
