Great pho at great prices! There is even a parking lot right next to it for easy access. My only issue is that the restroom looks very old and dirty and should get remodeled. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

This is our go to sit in or delivery order! The prices are good the food is fresh and they provide a whole vegetarian menu. We love this spot any time we want some a home made meal. We love the quick service and cozy atmosphere on a rainy day or any day. This place is an oakland staple and we recommend it to anyone looking for authentic pho

Great food given the reasonable price. The broth was slightly sweet and very flavorful. I added the beef ball to it which was good

For casual Vietnamese food, this place is the best in the area IMO and outclasses the nearby Pho Vy. The soup noodles, bun, and rice dishes are all amazing, and I love the avocado smoothie as well. The prices have consistently gone up during the ~2 years I lived nearby and would frequent PHQ, but are still better than most of the other comparable options in the area. The staff there is super nice and friendly, and having its own parking lot makes dining in a lot more convenient. Highly recommend

100% no frills unpretentious service and ambience. Menus are all handwritten on notebook paper, family/workers all communicate in vietnamese, and tables are slightly sticky which to me means its super authentic. Has small parking lot that can fit 6-8 cars. We were able to snag one of the last spots on a Monday night round 6. Got the tripe and flank pho. The pho on first sip was a bit heavier on taste/salt than I'm used to from my mother in law, who likes to preach that pho is supposed to be flavorful but also light. Even though it surprised me at first, it quickly won me over with every subsequent spoonful. The tripe here feels more like super thin cut pork belly, but delicious. I also love how for kids they provide you a small kids bowl your own mom would have and scissors to help cut noodles like you do at home. Absolutely love this place and will 100% be back!

Low-key spot that seems to be a locals favorite. The pho wasn't overpriced like San Francisco. Ordered the basic pho dac biet (large). The broth was good, the meat was kinda dried, and the portion size was good. Wanted to order the iced coffee, but we saw they were premade in the fridge. Well it isn't the end of the world.. just something we would've wanted fresh.Think there's an extra fee for using a credit card. I didn't see that mentioned anywhere so hoping I didn't miss it.

Pho Huong Que is an amazing little family owned restaurant! Pho broth is super fragrant, prices are great, and they have lots of options! My sister is vegan and she loves their veggie options plus you can't go wrong with their rare steak pho!

So yummy! We have always ordered for delivery and the food is always packaged very neatly upon arrival. We get the spring rolls, chicken pho, vermicelli bowl, and the chicken salad. Everything is super flavorful and fresh! This is our new Vietnamese place and we'll have to go in one day!

Came here on a Friday morning, we ordered the Bun Bo Hue, Combo Pho and the Hu Tieu. Everything came out nice and hot and I'd say pretty good portions. Pricing is nice as well and they have a parking lot which fits about 6-7 cars if I remember correctly.

I really enjoy eating Vietnamese food from this place! The portions are large and the price is affordable. My first time here and I was greeted by the workers and given the menu. I ordered grilled pork, shrimp, egg roll vermicelli and it was flavorful and well balanced!
