This doesn’t seem like the same Lanesplitter Pizza as the one in Emeryville. It seems like it’s the same terrible pizza they used to serve when it was called “Skyline Pizza”. Maybe there’s a turnover period? I hope so, because I would love to have the authentic LS pizza nearby.
Very happy to see a lanesplitter here, especially after Skyline's quality nosedived over the last few years.
The staff was very courteous. The pizza was pretty good, far superior to skyline and up to standard. They also have some much more interesting choices such as an alternate cheese, pizza and gluten-free pizzas.
Definitely recommend coming by and checking out the new place.
