You have to go there from brunch!! The dishes are packed with flavor and love. Fresh wonderful oatmeal, cheese eggs on toast! Omg all so delicious and Donna is an amazing host.

We went with a family group of about 10 people for a celebration. So we had a chance to sample many of their salad and pizza options. They use local ingredients to make unique salad and pizza combinations, that I understand change constantly. They were all excellent. Besides a quite good Margherita they had many vegetarian pizzas as well as sausage, but all with fantastic additional ingredients that went well together. As a salad example, one was an Arugula, cresti di gallo & frisee with sugar snap peas, herbs and aged pecorino. They have a nice outdoor patio in the back with heat stands.

The bolognese is the best thing I have ever put in my mouth. The music and atmosphere are great. My server was lovely. I will be ordering the bolognese as my last meal.

All of the dishes are great but the family favorite is the Pepperoni Honey Pizza.

One of our favorite restaurants in Oakland. Every time we go, Pizzaiolo always wows us with their food. They have a rotating seasonal menu, but if you are lucky enough to be there the same day they have their meatballs, you will not regret ordering them. So good! I always seek out less spirit forward drinks from their bar since they can be quite strong, but any server we have has been more than willing to help us out. And save room for desert - never disappointed!

I went here for my birthday with 4 of my friends and the service was just terrible. We were given dirty looks the whole night and were being pressured to buy more than just pizza. We are college students and can’t afford much and they seemed mad because of that. My friends brought me a crumbl cookie as dessert and afterward the waiter told us that is disrespectful and usually would charge for that. I did some research and that is generally the role with large parties and big cakes. I’m surprised they didn’t offer any dessert for my birthday seeing as it’s pretty pricy. I don’t recommend unless you want to leave feeling down in the dumps :(

Lovely/sweet atmosphere, very good service and the pizza is a solid ‘very good’ but when the price for an individual pizza is at $29/$30…I need to be blown away.

I went for happy hour for the first time. Best kept secret in town!
They made their own tonic water- add whatever liquor you like, and the focaccia and burrata and prosciutto plate was delicious!

By the time happy hour was over at 6, the place was packed (and a bit loud).

Great place for a date (real candles, cloth napkins). The service was almost a little too fast, rushed. The pepperoni and honey pizza was killer, winter citrus salad was delicious.

This place is amazing. Great atmosphere, stellar food, great service. Their back patio is nice with powerful outdoor heat lamps, I wouldn’t shy away from a seat there, even mid winter.

Delicious food! Outside is way too loud so we moved to the back patio which was so nice. Spacious with spaced out seating and space heaters. It’s at the back of the building too so it’s away from cars and pedestrians.
