Ordered two poke bowls for pickup in person and it took 30 min. I guess the staff was preparing a large order right before we put in our order but did they all need to ignore every other order just to fill THAT one?? Like, 4 ppl behind the counter, one of them playing runner, the other three all preparing the big order? The restaurant was getting crowded just with the sheer number of ppl waiting on their food. It cost close to $40 for the two tiny poke bowls and the food was honestly flavorless, not very fresh, and they didn’t even get my order right (forgot the sauce…wah wah). I just can’t understand - how hard is it?? You’re not even cooking anything.

The restaurant itself (and dim sum restaurant next door) are a bit dingy. Boxes littering the halls, chintzy separator between restaurant and FOH.

This is made up for by being one of very few afternoon/early evening bars in the area, and the friendliest staff you’ll ever meet. Happy hour skewers at the dim sum (will leave separate review) are amazing.

Poke Zone is my go to lunch place. The sushi is super fresh and the fish to rice ratio is always generous with the fish. The chicken katsu is killer and some of the best around.

i think the cashier was new but he didnt have knowledge of a dietary question i asked. and instead of asking someone else he just guessed.

but my avocado roll was really good and the avocado portion was the largest ive ever had. the inari pocket was also delicious.

Everyone working Saturday at 4:40pm should be fired. I waited for my order for 40min. There were no other customer I'm the store. They were 3 people working that could not give me an eta or make the order. There was alot of confusion. I will never co.e here again!

There was no organization for pick up / deliveries / ordering. A man stepped in and the woman at the register with an awful expression shooed him away to tend to the person putting in an order. I already ordered and needed to pick up. When I asked if anyone is tending to the pick up orders she ignored me. I asked twice more and she nodded and continued to not tend to the line or pick up orders. I had to call in while I was in line to tell her I need to pick up my order to get her attention. If they get busy I get it but the service is just unreal.

I ordered a sushi party tray for a 15-person gathering, and it was absolutely perfect! The presentation was beautiful, with fresh, vibrant rolls that looked just as good as they tasted. Every piece was flavorful, well-made, and clearly prepared with care.

What impressed me even more was that the restaurant delivered all the way from Oakland to Milbrae, and the sushi still arrived fresh, neatly packaged, and right on time. The manager, Karen, was very friendly and easy to communicate with over the phone, which made the whole ordering process smooth and stress-free.

The variety of rolls made sure there was something for everyone, and the quality was just as high as dining in. Highly recommend if you want delicious, fresh sushi for a party or special occasion. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I waited 45 minutes for my 1 item and it turns out they gave it to someone else. I was nicely asked if I’m willing to wait 25 more minutes. No way would I wait longer for 1 roll.

That’s so sad! Time to find another place for lunch.

Bought a poke bowl over the phone. Customer service was average. Nothing bad to report :) food was delicious, but the pricing has been altered from what you see on the menu pictures. That was annoying.

Overall, great experience. Albeit more costly

Got ignored for a good 10 minutes then had to wait almost 15 mins to get a raw Poke………………… if you don’t mind waiting around for raw food it’s not a bad place.
