I waited 45 minutes for my 1 item and it turns out they gave it to someone else. I was nicely asked if I’m willing to wait 25 more minutes. No way would I wait longer for 1 roll.
That’s so sad! Time to find another place for lunch.

Bought a poke bowl over the phone. Customer service was average. Nothing bad to report :) food was delicious, but the pricing has been altered from what you see on the menu pictures. That was annoying.
Overall, great experience. Albeit more costly

Got ignored for a good 10 minutes then had to wait almost 15 mins to get a raw Poke………………… if you don’t mind waiting around for raw food it’s not a bad place.

The food is not bad, but it’s hard for a meal as simple as poke not to be delicious. This is a store with very poor service... The business is not very busy, but meals or cutlery are often missed... I don't quite understand. The store's punishment for me is that I need to pay 22 US dollars for a bowl of this.

Insane sushi for the price!! Also note how nice and thick their sashimi cut is ♡ Definitely recommend their hamachi lover roll. Everything was packed so pretty and it came out very quickly too! Thank you so much!

I always get poke here and the bowls are always delicious, especially the spicy poke sauce that you can get with it. They have a lot of options for the customizable bowls and the fish is the perfect texture. Don't listen to the one star reviews!
