Loved the bagels, the service and atmosphere! I have tried both the honey truffle and the lox and they are both great.They have a patio on the back so nice place to hang on a Saturday morning!
Freshie & chai. I go every week, sometimes twice. Can't beat the combo. Brings me joy every time.

Delicious bagels! My complaint though is with the service. Unfortunately my order of two bagels took 20 minutes from ordering until I received them. The shop is small and fairly crowded, so 20 minutes of standing with nowhere to sit and wait for my 2 bagels was frustrating.

Clean, lovely & welcoming! They had all the toppings I wanted; including chives, tomatoes, red, onions, scallions & cucumbers! I ordered thee everything bagel with chive- lemon lox cream cheese (and all my veggie toppings), a little too salty for my taste, but it was enjoyable. The sign clearly states no pets allowed. However, they had a customer come in with her dog, although she was asked to keep her dog outside or in the patio- she did not listen... Made a few of us uncomfortable. Other than the dog situation, this spot is a MUST TRY!!

I was really excited to try this place, as a native new yorker finding a good bagel out here is not easy. I liked how the outer part of bagel had a little crunch but overall the bagel was way too chewy and for price was not worth it. I would recommend going to Boichek bagels which is the closest thing you will get to a new york bagel out here and is the best bagel in the bay by far also hellabagels is better as well.
These are the best bagels in the entire bay area. Everyone seems to agree: There's usually a line in the mornings, and often all day long on the weekends, but it's worth the wait. They make phenomenal sandwiches - like the seasonal veggie bagel with cream cheese, avocado, purple radish, cilantro, lemon, and salt. The whitefish bagel with scallion cream cheese, smoked whitefish salad, red onion, chives, and dill is also epic. There aren't many tables indoors, and only a handful of tables outside, so your best bet is to get your grub to go. Pro tip: ask which flavor bagel is freshly out of the oven, and get one of those, you can't go wrong. In a pinch, don't miss their salt and pepper bagels - they're ridiculously addictive.

frustrating. I consider myself to be a very patient customer. This is the first and last time I go here. I watched at least 10 parties who came into the store after me receive their orders before me even though I had placed a simple order. I even asked about it after 10 minutes was told it's coming only to wait another 10 minutes at least. this whole time I'm watching others get their order. I asked for a refund then the food came out without any acknowledgemen. I really regret tipping. Really rotten experience. I couldn't bring myself to eat the food and composted it without ever opening the container. I don't want to think about this place again.

My friend recommended a specific veggie bagel and I normally would want something more substantial but this one was absolutely incredible. It was beautiful first of all, the flavors were perfectly balanced, and maybe it was just the shock of how delicious it was relative to my expectations but I really cannot recommend it enough! A great snack in the morning with some great company! Shoutout to Jenny H for a wonderful recommendation and lovely time!
