This is my third day calling to place an order for pick up the person on the other end speaks Spanish and hangs up on me I was trying to order dinner phone service for English speaking customers did not work for me

We were waiting for almost half an hour, they didn't bring us any drinks or food, then a homeless man arrived asking for food, he wasn't bothering anyone, so the very angry man told him to leave, my partner asked him for some broth and told the man that to sit with us, the man did not care and told him to leave, we were going to pay for his food, respect is expected and that they learn how to give good customer service, I hope they change before they judge the people and likewise their Terrible customer service I changed.

The pupusas are good, the others are more or less, the service is terrible. The first time I went, they served me well. The second time, the waitresses serve their families first. I spent almost an hour and a half waiting and one of the waitresses' uncle took 30 minutes. In serving it, that is very bad. I didn't leave because my children were very hungry. I wish the owner saw the comments and went to put order. If not, her clients will leave.
