Watching the staff work, they are entirely disorganized and didn't even start working on my order of spam musubi until 15 minutes later. 20 minute wait at a Quickly for spam musubi is unreasonable. I was made late to something as a result.

I hadn't been to a Quicklys in so long, but I knew what I liked and what to expect having been use to the Chinatown location not far from here.The mini octopus was okay (maybe I got home and waited too long) and the milk tea was the complete opposite of what I asked for -100% sugar, yet it tasted like no sugar.Compared with the other location, the owner mostly does and oversees everything while at this location it's a bunch of younger kids working. The tall young Hispanic girl that worked there called out my ENTIRE order versus the guy that called out another customers order, but by their number on the receipt.
