Not sure what's going on at this location but this is the 2nd time I've come here and got a milk tea and it made my stomach turn. Old milk maybe? Anyway I bought it yesterday before work and tried to exchange it today and Megan and the other black girl told me that because it was bought yesterday I can't return it today. Poor customer service, I drive the bus so NY the time I got off work they were closed.

The place is definitely dirty and the customer service is mediocre at best. I would definitely try a different location, but sadly this is the only Quickly in this part of town.

I have been to this place a lot of times but recently it quality has declined a lot. I walk in and the walls are dirty the floor looks very rough and the once vibrant hanging lights are now sun bleached and stained. I still come here because it's the closest boba in fruitvale, but I would love to see it back in it's days of glory. Hopefully the owner gives it a little bit more attention.

Great tea as usual! Wish they would have a sample size... I don't know what a lot of it tastes like... So always get the same thing... For fear of paying for something only to find out it is not a flavor I like.... Just a thought... Because a lot sounds and looks like it might be good...???

A few people in the store when I entered, however I social distanced and proceeded to order. Well her she comes with her bra on, asking me what I would like to order. I was a bit thrown off but proceeded to order... They didn't have this and no more of that. I'd like to know is this the dress code? I ordered a drink it wasn't the preferred drink, served with a lot of ice and plenty of titties. We must do way better..

Well, I have no complaints about my order from this Quickly location in East Oakland, so it gets 5-stars! I had a Bubble Milk Tea, it was delicious! It wasn't watery, the ice stayed frozen for the drive home. The flavor was strong, maybe had to do with the coffee jelly that was dumped into it. I also ordered a Fried Combo of potstickers, calamari, and eggrolls. They were all fresh and still hot. Also, my chicken wings were good, but a little salty. But I think that's to get you to order more drinks. This Quickly location gets it right.

Very disappointed! I've lived in Oakland my whole life and been here many time. throughout the years, and this is the first I've got bad experience. The drinks were good for starters, but the food was terrible. I've Worked at boba places before and have no idea how you could mess up the fried tofu cubes. I've never had this issue with the other quickly locations in Oakland, so this is the first and it really ruined my appetite. It was so mushy, no fried and doesn't look like tofu at all. Just looks disgusting. It was pieces of tofu and oily everywhere, was not edible at all.
Rude young man at the register. Came in today and asked what was the sweetest milk tea they had and he mumbled.. didn’t have direct eye contact.. acted like he did not want to help me. Did not smile. Had loud music playing. I am NEVER coming back here. Go to the San Leandro location. They are way better and friendly

I haven't been here for quite some time. The last time maybe two years ago I came here I really felt like the boba balls weren't really fresh and the staff was a little bit rude. However it's almost like night and day now. The employees were sweet and kind and my drink tasted very fresh. The boba balls were really good.

Drink spot close by moms house. We go here often and they have constantly upgraded and recently of course adjusted to covid restrictions. No more games or hangout spot until further notice. My fav is the tiger milk tea which is Thai and mill tea combo. Always get the popcorn chicken welhen we roll through. Staff is wearing mask and cleaning in between orders. Wish they would put down stickers to indicate and enforce distancing.

Chicken wings were undercooked and super fatty. This location did not have popcorn chicken as advertised. Lobster balls tasted like it was fried in old grease. Potstickers were ok. Our drinks were good. Employees were pleasant but I wish I didn’t spend $30 on that.....
