Good tamales, affordable too. You can get tamales or pastry here and a great smoothie or licuado or agua fresca from the little juice shop next to it. There is an insiyand an outside seating area. I make a stop at Fruitcake BART just to come here !
I called the day before my husband's 50th birthday after calling several places to have a carrot cake ready for the next day. The guy asked the baker if it was possible and she said yes. They were able to have it ready for 11:00am. I arrived at this little place that did not resemble any bakery I've seen, so I was skeptical, but went ahead and completed my purchase. Great service and cake! I ordered the tres leches cake for a coworkers birthday. Everyone commented how wonderful and tasty it was. The only downside would be parking. I had a hard time trying to find somewhere to park. Drove around a couple of times but eventually double parked and just did a quick visit.
