I read the reviews, trusted that they were authentic enough, and tried the rumen for myself (Tonkotsu deluxe). It did not disappoint. I'm extremely happy that I tied it. Now it will be the go to place in Oakland for me. The price is just for current economy, which is a bit pricey for me ($18.75 after tax), but totally worth it! The portion size is really good for a grown hungry man. The wait was very short, just like other reviews stated.
OMG this is amazing! Introverts dream. You just punch in your order and it pops out like a vending machine. No need to talk to people, no tipping, just food without anyone bugging you. More privacy than most bathroom stalls. Clean. No service to grade, cause well... There isn't any. But it was quick so I guess that could count. I'm in agreeance that the sound is loud and probably too frequent, but that's all I can gripe about. Food is great.
Tried Ramen Station for the first time today and it truly exceeded my expectations! The broth is rich, flavorful, and full of depth. The spicy ramen has the perfect kick—super satisfying. The chashu is thick, tender, and melts in your mouth, and the seasoned egg is cooked perfectly and absorbs the broth beautifully. Inside decor are super cute too!
