I have been searching for a good Charcoal latte and Red Bay has the best one so far. I don't know what kind of magic they put in my cup but it is so delicious . The latte is strong and the sweetness is just right. I got the Vietnamese Cold Brew the other day and it was good .

Saw a girl on tiktok talking a bit of smack about this place so wanted to see it for myself. I was in the area visiting a family friend and we decided to pop in. I’m so glad we did. Lovely staff, lovely coffee and an incredible atmosphere ! Really recommend their batch brew it’s so smooth :)

I used to be loyal customer for Red Bay Coffee, but my recent experience of purchasing coffee beans from their website totally disappointed, in a way I will never ever purchase any stuff from this brand. TLDR - their shipping is extreme delayed and no communication from customer service.Timeline:Sep 10: order 3 bags of coffeeSep 17: I only received 2 bags of coffee, report to their customer service email on the same day.Sep 26: Got response from them after I sent over reminder TWICE. First time when they replied, they even didn't read my email, simply saying that my order is delivered. I need to re-specify my request again they finally understand what happened.Sep 28: Carrier shows that package is damaged and need to contact sender.Oct 3: As of now, NO RESPONSE from red bay coffee.I spent so much time in communication and end up I decided to spend 2 mins to dispute from bank and got my $$ back. Is it worthy for all of the communication, just to ask for 20 bucks? Coz I don't want to loss hope to one of my favorite local coffee roasters. But this is beyond my limit, I completely disappointed, and want to share my experience to warn the future customer who wanna purchase coffee beans from their website.

Came here on a whim for a charcoal latte? It seemed out of the box and and fun. Still have no idea what was in it (yes ok charcoal but was there coffee?) it was sweet and I had it with almond milk but their were sandy grits of...charcoal? that were a little less than pleasant. Good flavor, just wish I knew what was in it. The baristas were super nice though

Locally owned + Black owned coffee shop? Say no more! Red Bay has my heart! I love that some local Targets now carry Red Bay Coffee but coming to get it right from the Roastery is super special.

This is very lovely coffee shop that is very spacious, perfect for studying or coffee dates. I got the charcoal latte; it had a slightly sweet and nutty flavor which I found really good. It took a little long for the coffee to be prepared but overall a very good experience.

Buyer beware!!I didn't visit the Red Bay store however I attempted to order 2 bags of their Coltrane coffee online. The customer service is horrible! I placed my order and received the customary email réponse. 10 days later I checked the shipping information. I was unable to contact anyone by phone so I wound up in an endless loop of texts, chats and emaiI. I received the customary réponse we'll get back to you in 24 hours. Demmi promised me it had been shipped. I reached out to the shipper (On Trac) they hadn't received the product. It's been over 2 weeks since I've been promised a shipment and every day I get a réponse that " it will arrive by 2:05 ".

Good coffee!I got the ice charcoal latte, almond milk latte, and almond croissant. A little overpriced and service was slow, probably because only one barista at the time. I thought the coffee was good, nothing super crazy or anything that stands out but definitely worth to get your fix!

My weekend morning commute to Oakland leaves me craving for coffee. This was my find for this weekend. I will definitely go back for more. Not pictured is the coffee poured over oat milk icecream. Yum!

I just bought a 12 oz whole bean as stated 100% arabica from TJ and it taste like robusta coffee. For almost 0.90 an oz, I expected a good taste at least, unfortunately, it tasted worst than Bustelo coffee. No offense to bistello drinkers.
