"Screamin' Hot Chicken n' Waffles" is a legit spicy hot fried chicken place! It's operating as a ghost kitchen from the Adeline Food Hall in North Oakland. This cloud kitchen facility is delivery & pickup only. So don't go there looking for a "sit down" restaurant. On a Tuesday evening, I ordered (via DoorDash) the "Screamin' Special."
