Everyone here was very friendly, and the food was hot and fresh, but it didn’t taste authentic. The rice lacked seasoning, the chicken was dry, the sauce was watery, and the bread wasn’t fluffy. The lamb haneeth was tender but needed salt, and the fahsa had a bitter aftertaste. As someone from the Middle East who has tried many Yemeni restaurants in the US, this one fell short. I appreciate the hospitality and hope the flavors improve

When I raised the issue, the manager told me I wouldn’t be charged—but also told me not to come back. That response was rude and unprofessional. I hope they improve their hygiene and customer service. This restaurant has a serious cleanliness problem. On multiple visits, I’ve seen unsanitary conditions (I even have video proof). When I politely raised the issue, instead of fixing it, the manager told me “don’t come back” — completely unprofessional and dismissive.
This isn’t just bad customer service — it’s a public health concern. A food business should meet basic hygiene standards, not punish customers for pointing out unsafe conditions. I’m sharing this to protect other customers and to urge management to take responsibility, train staff properly, and clean their establishment.
