Just had an amazing meal at this Yemeni restaurant! The food was absolutely excellent, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Everyone here was very friendly, and the food was hot and fresh, but it didn’t taste authentic. The rice lacked seasoning, the chicken was dry, the sauce was watery, and the bread wasn’t fluffy. The lamb haneeth was tender but needed salt, and the fahsa had a bitter aftertaste. As someone from the Middle East who has tried many Yemeni restaurants in the US, this one fell short. I appreciate the hospitality and hope the flavors improve

Great experience at Sheba for some quality Arabic food. I had the Fashah mix (which was reminiscent of a beef stew), the hummus with Yemeni bread. The bread is a large piece with great color and texture with an enjoyable amount of chew and tasting much like a good pizza crust. I also had the Basbousa (a small lightly sweet bread/cake) and the Adani Tea (a traditional chai tea, similar to Karak tea common in the Middle East). I would recommend all of them but especially the Adani...
