The service was really slow and the lady preparing my drink overfilled the cup and the drink was spilling out of the cup and she didn’t clean it and made me grab tissue and clean it my self when she overfilled the cup and also still asked me for tip the woman was really rude I don’t recommend it at all probably find a Starbucks in target

The gentleman works there on 8/15/23 morning is very nice and patience, despite being by himself with a line of customers. Safeway and/or Starbucks should consider giving him some help, if you take care of your employees, they will take care of your customers

I'm here Saturday at 3:45pm and they are closed! Past cleaning up because no staff are present. Other days they have closed an hour earlier than 6pm to "start cleaning up."Staff is pleasant.

Made the drink totally wrong, the second drink was nasty missing the lemonade, I didn't even want my money back I just gave the drink back after 2 sips ..
They make you remove your mask in the middle of the pandemic to make purchases

?? As I entered the store, the barista is standing near the door eating a breakfast sandwich. I smiled and approached the counter. She says very loudly that the other barista called in sick, so there was no one to make drinks because she was on her break at the moment. I couldn't even be upset about it honestly, so I just went to Philz next door. ?
