Sfizio recently opened and replaced the long-standing Noodle Theory. It was a warm atmosphere inside, nice but not over-the-top. A perfect casual/nice date spot. I really appreciate the efforts of this restaurant it keeps costs down by having a small selection of pasta (3) and sides. The trumpet mushroom tagliatelle was delicious and perfectly seasoned. My daughter had the white miso cacio e Pepe which she loved, but was frankly too salty for me, although the flavors were good. Just found this little gem! I live so close to this place and can’t believe I haven’t seen it before. Everything was excellent! I was surprised to find the americano (cocktail) which was amazing! And the pasta so good!!Can’t wait to be back!
