We’ve experienced repeated issues with this location. Today, we waited an unreasonably long time for just one or two Strawberry Açaí drinks. Despite several employees being present, there was little urgency or coordination. The last time we visited, we waited for a bagel that turned out to be out of stock—yet no one communicated that to us. Employees either seemed distracted, focused elsewhere, or on their phones. It’s clear there’s a breakdown in communication and customer service.
At this point, we’ve decided to take our business elsewhere—likely Starbucks in Emeryville, where the service has been far more consistent.

Given the location of this Starbucks, they do a pretty darn good job here. It's a bright open dining area and the service is generally pretty fast and friendly. The bathrooms are an unfortunate disaster area. There are a few outlets for plugging in your computer. And the food and coffee always meets or exceeds expectations. If you park on the street you better hide everything or your car will be smashed into.

Extremely slow service here, no matter if you are ordering one item or many. According to the mobile app my order was ready and the coffee was no where to be found. Twenty minutes after ordering I got my order and I was late to work.

Myself and my mother come to This Starbucks every morning 4 days a week to get coffee in a muffin, on this particular day I needed to use the restroom. And they refused to let me use the restroom because I wasn't a paying customer something on that particular day!! Wow.. I nearly wet my pants.. things need to change here we go again..

The Starbucks has been a great place to go for me, many of the Staff members are so personabl, I always come to get water for my tea, I don’t personally eat Starbucks products because of the prop 69 warnings, What today. I’m very discouraged that haven’t been the kind of guy who’s thrown out the homeless and drug addicts from inside the store even though I work across the street as security I must buy something in order to get hot water for my tea. For me that say type of grab for extra money that just depreciates my value. There’s not a great deal of homeless that come and ask for hot water into the store they just come to steal. So I think it’s so unfair but hey, I’m not corporate America.

It's inside a Safeway which is convenient. Baristas did not pay attention to my order, they made it all wrong. When I asked them to redo it they were annoyed. I would never go to this Starbucks again
The coffee was ok … , but the lemon loaf was outdated .It was dated 20 nov. , we bought it today on 30 dec 2024 . How can they sell us out dated food products?
