Placed a mobile order today my estimated ready time was 9:06AM, I went in at that exact time to pick up my order, bagel was ready on time but my coffee was ready 10min after by that time by bagel was already cold. The female making the hot drinks was moody Not being polite at all. This was my go to store being coming here for years the service has declined drastically.

I go to this place at least 2 or 3 times a week and this time they made a mistake twice in my drink, and on the third time the son served me less than half in my drink for asking without ice. Something like this had never happened to me before. this sugar but the worker who helped me this time was very rude.My drink ended up in the trash, it was pure water and fruit.

i ordered 2 separate orders for today . One was a traveller that was ordered and paid for yesterday for delivery today. The other order was made this morning for a latte. The store calls me 15 minutes before delivery to tell me that they are out of travellers and cannot fulfill that order. I asked why they accepted the order yesterday and waited so long to tell me and the caller then proceeded to tell me that i was wrong and that i could not have ordered it... well, i did and it was paid for. Then he hung up on me. On top of it... they then refused to make my latte. Saying that they were out of the items.... Really, out of coffee and milk at Starbucks? We try to order local as a local business but please know that we will not give you our services anymore... we also will explain the poor customer service that you provided. I guess the $70 order placed yesterday is not something that you want to get on a regular basis... thanks for the great start to our morning.

Don’t order anything on this storeduring the morning hours and think you’ll have your coffee in 10 minutes. The estimated time on the app is wrong. This pathetic store takes over 30 mins for a simple latte and when you finally get it feels exactly how they made it rushed lacking in something.

I ordered a Caramel Macchiato - Extra Hot and a Banana Walnut bread. The coffee was barely warm and the Walnut bread was missing. Horrible service via Uber Eats. No breakfast today!
Service is great. This place is beautiful. This location has limited seating, though they can put more. The biggest problem is lack of electric outlets. I understand they do this because they are limiting maybe homeless people who want to sit all day or even theft. However it's BS.

I stumbled upon this location during vacation. When I went to the counter to ask a question, I immediately started choking and I asked go to the bathroom. One of the ladies had water ready for me when I got out. I appreciate the thoughtfulness that went into the service at this location! Thank you for going above and beyond

Person at the register kind if dreadful indifferent a bit passive aggressive. Screwed up order then rather than do it eight gave me steamed milk in a separate cup and when i added it my drink and left the cup said " the trash is over there". What? And so poorly made drink. Lousy interaction.
