The place is dirty. didn't have the bread I wanted despite no one was in the store. Toaster not working. She was on the phone the whole time I was there. I didn't know if she was talking to me or to the person on the phone. Rude! I won't be back!

Worst subway I've ever been too . The lady who was working right now seen us but didn't ask if we were ready she was too busy on the phone and did not even hang up when she was taking our order .. She got the wrong cheese on my sandwich I guess her call was more important then customer service never coming back again so disappointed

Horrible costumer service! Came in to grab sandwich. The employee was talking on phone with her headphone on from the time we walked inside until we got out from the door. We ordered 2 sandwiches. And she keep talking on her phone while getting our order. She couldn't understand our order clearly because she never stop talking on her headphone. I only asked her to add tomatoes & cucumber. But she just added jalapeño on my sandwich on her own--wow!! Why you couldn't turned off your phone for just a minute and finish your job first, girl! The sandwich doesn't taste good either. The marinara meatballs doesn't taste fresh at all. We will never return here ever again! Save yourself from this horrible place!

The lady helping us was on her phone the entire time and don't bother hanging up while taking our order. I asked for a foot long Italian Herb & Cheese. She takes a foot long that doesn't look like what I ordered, I reiterated and she said only Italian...umm ok. As we give her instructions on what we want, she keeps selecting the wrong things because she's too busy talking on the phone instead of giving us full attention. What a disappointment

Zero stars. If you value your money and time do not eat here. I ordered online and witnessed unsanitary actions while waiting outside for my sandwich outside. I was truly appalled and I wont be eating here again.

Terrible customer service, I waited two minutes because the worker is too busy on her cell phone and when she was taking my order, she was still on her cell phone talking to someone while taking my order. I have to repeat my myself several times.

This sub way is way too expensive and they don’t take coupons they’re getting over on their customers if you are not starving to death or dying I suggest you go down the street to another subway and save a couple of dollars .

Long Rant:I swear I should have read the reviews upon entering this location. Better yet I should have known better from the time it took to make 1 other sandwich but hey what the heck.I go into Starbucks first to order a drink giving my coworkers time to order there subs as I anticipated it would be quick as they were the only 2 in there. I order my Starbucks having 3 people in line before me then proceed to Subway. I get in there and the first sandwich is still being made. She was talking which at first I thought she was speaking with my coworker about her sandwich...... not at all the case as she was speaking in another language. As I moved in closer I see the white air pods in her ears and she is literally having a full blown conversation. Finally, she is done with the first sandwich after 6 minutes then she begins making my other coworkers wrap. Hmmmm we had to repeat it twice because she was missing what was being said over the conversation that she was having in hear air pods. Moving on, I should have just opted out of ordering a sandwich but NOOOOO, stupid me! I order my sandwich which was a foot long sweet onion chicken teriyaki and some how that sounds the same as two 6 inch tuna sandwiches on white bread so now I am impatient and I repeat the sandwich again and she apparently gets offended because she gets louder and begins talking faster to the person in her ear. By this time there is 3 more patrons in the store waiting so she starts working on a 4th sandwich leaving mine in the oven and leaving my 2 coworkers on the counter still having a phone conversation.The oven apparently isn't moving fast enough now for her so she stands next to it and anticipates the beep, she removes it and begins putting the vegetables on it that I asked for, finally after 18 minutes, yes I turned my timer on, she goes to the register and begins ringing our food up and my coworker says that it is all separate and she says, "no together," my other coworker says NO, we are all separate. She rings us up separately reluctantly.My coworker who stated we were all separate is now forced to wait to be rang up maybe because she pissed her off and the guy after us in now getting aggravated and the 3rd patron walks out because he said it isn't worth the time. After paying my coworker comes to the car and says I think the lady cheated us, so she tells me to look at my receipt and I realize, none of us received a receipt but I know I gave her a $20 and 1 cents and my total came to $14.07 and she gave me back a $5 but after being ready to leave the store I failed to check my change. My fault....... well then the other two I was with checked their change and they were short. I said screw it because no one has time to go asking this woman for a receipt when it took her that long to make a sandwich however my coworker is offended so she goes back in and demands a receipt and is given this, none of us ordered this sandwich but I'm over it. I tell my coworker just forget it because we have a hour drive home and let's just go. Moral of the story is this:1. If you are going to go to this place, have some free time on your hand. 2. Have the exact dollar amount or count your change prior to leaving3. Have an extreme amount of patience for her phone call because you will never be important enough for her to hang up her call.4. Be prepared to repeat your order several times. And last but not LEAST5. Understand that looks can definitely be deceiving because the location looks nice on the outside and clean inside but the worker should have been fired upon the 3rd review not.
