This was the most memorable meal I have had in a very, very long time. The dishes were creative, and in a fun way reminiscent of dishes I am familiar with. It really evoked a sense of 'a new take' or familiar things reimagined. The taste of the food is comforting and gentle, using subtle flavor combinations rather than overwhelming the tongue. Even my husband who doesn't like seafood loved the mostly pescatarian menu. I was very tickled that the meal ended with fruit.

Special treat. Would love to come back. The egg custard with salmon roe was a wow combination for me. Don’t sleep on the tea!

The inclusion of Taiwanese sausage adds a special touch. Despite the difficulty in making reservations, the effort is worth it, as the meal can rival many starred restaurants in the Bay Area. The restaurant focuses on making you feel satisfied and eager to continue enjoying the flavors.
