I placed a pick up order for the new cauliflower chicken plate. When I arrived it was being packaged and I got a sneak preview of the bowl. I suspected that it was missing items but checked on the app just to make sure what was included. When I got home realized they forgot the chicken making this at least the 3rd or 4th time they skip out on ingredients. I would never recommend this place and it should close if they can not figure out how to serve in person customers and the online customers in a timely fashion. It feels like the east bay sweet greens have bad management as the one in Berkeley is just as bad. Go to other salad places if you want timely service and accurate ordering.

Veggies are well seasoned. The 3-Star is ONLY because the salmon was overcooked, cold and dry, dry, dry, drrrrry! I was so hungry, I didn't care. Added the sauce which made it better. The Salmon was dry though. I loved the customer service! Very nice people in there.

Ordered the miso glazed salmon and it was disappointing. The salmon was overcooked from a microwave, the edges were hard as a rock and the salmon was so dry. The worse food I’ve had lately. I used to order from the sweet greens in downtown ATL and it was always on point but not all of them are made the same. This location in Oakland will not be getting my money again.

My friend recommend it on stopping by. it was a nice calming atmosphere. The staff was very inviting and nice. My salad 🥗 was delicious. I'd definitely come back.

Where do I begin? I’ve become so accustomed to bad service post-COVID, that when I come here it feels like stepping into an alternate universe of before-times.

I came here a few times to pick up online orders that weren’t even really late, and they gave me a free beverage to compensate me for the few moments I had to wait.

LOL, they freaking greet me when I enter the store. That is an old-timey EXCEPTION these days. I’m just always treated like a human being whose business is appreciated here. I know that sounds really wild, but that used to be normal back in the day. It’s like a Time Machine in here.

No matter who is working, I feel like I’m getting really great service. Makes me think/hope SG is taking good care of their employees because they are taking great care of SG!

I'd like to give a shoutout to Maya, who was working the last shift today, for her excellent customer service. It was almost closing time, and she was incredibly patient and courteous with customers who were taking too long to decide and asking too many questions, and she made it up to the customers who had to wait longer than necessary.
