I haven't been here for many years. It's always been a Belgian beer bar. I'm not sure when Sante Adairius took it over but they've pretty much kept it the same as it was, in a good way. As I tend to drink IPA's, I was happy that they also had some on the menu. I tried the Left and Leaning, a non hazy that I really enjoyed. Great beer with friendly staff and a small but delicious food menu. Between the house spiced nut mix, house pickled vegetables, seasonal salad, roasted caprese burrata, and rotating deviled eggs, cheese board, and waffle menu, there's always something new and tasty to try. Don't forget the ice cream sandwich!
Of course the beer is great, but the friendly staff and the rotating menu of savory waffles are what makes this place stand out. Be sure to save room for a homemade cookie ice cream sandwich!
