Sante Adairius truly makes some world-class beer. They have a versatile lineup all the way from West Coast IPAs to saisons, making their taprooms a true beer lover's dream. I didn't catch our bartender's name, but he was very friendly and fun to chat with. Can't wait to come back next time we're in town!
