Ordered online and got two roasted oolong milk teas (one with grass jelly and one with tapioca pearls). Strong tea flavor but on the sweeter side even at 30% sweetness.

great prices, plenty of freshly fried fries, solid early grey black milk tea; it’s the bit of Asia/Taiwan I need in my life

The system was down waited 40 mins for fries and tea. Not cool beans. Though the wait was long the tea and fries were tasty.

I recently visited this local boba place, and I'd describe my experience as a mixed bag. I've come here a couple of times before and each time I've found the boba flavors to be quite indistinguishable from one another. Undoubtedly, the unique charm of this place lies in the variety, but unfortunately, they all seemed to be heavy on the syrup which makes it difficult to appreciate the nuances of the individual flavors. From a taste perspective, it is quite hit-and-miss--some days I've had good boba and on others, I have been left a little disappointed. It's not that the boba is bad, but it falls short of being great. That said, I believe they could do a better job at delivering a more flavorful and distinguished boba experience. The place itself is warm and inviting enough to make a late-night run for some boba. It's not extraordinary, but it does have that cozy atmosphere I enjoy when I'm out for a casual drink. The ambiance manages to make those relishing sips of boba just a tad more enjoyable. The service was passable but there's room for improvement there. Despite everything, I'll probably be back at some point, but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit. This place is more like a fallback option for when those late night boba cravings kick in and Shooting Star is closed/too full.

Myself and almost all of the other in-store/walk-in customers around 5pm today waited 40 minutes for our orders today. Both myself and the person before me in line only ordered one drink each. It was busy and there were lots of mobile/pick-up orders too, but 40 mins. just waiting was a huge waste of time. Staff were all trying their best, but it seems the store is severely understaffed.

T4 is my go-to spot for tasty and refreshing drinks. Whether I'm in the mood for bubble tea or fruit tea, T4 always delivers with quality ingredients and great flavors. The service is quick, and the ambiance is cozy. Highly recommended for anyone craving a delightful beverage!

while the boba is consistently good, these folks do a TERRIBLE job with the fried tofu. The Alameda location used to be able to do this right, but I just got my third doordash order from them and it's essentially oil-drenched tofu cubes that maybe spent 10 seconds in the fryer. No color, no heat. Just awful. Not sure how they can fry chicken properly an can't do tofu. I will no longer order from here.

This place has some of the best prices for boba around. They have seats inside allowing you to spend some time with friends. The staff was friendly and quick with my order. I only wish that their payment system was a bit more updated to easily tip.

I came here on a Friday night after picking up sushi around the corner. I ordered online and their online platform is through DoorDash. When I went to pick up, my order was not ready yet. I was surprised since there was 4 workers and only 1 making drinks. Workers were being mean to the newbie by having him make the drinks while complaining about how hard it is to teach people to make boba. I didn't like how they were out in the open saying these things when people were waiting for their orders and felt the hostility. I got a taro smoothie with boba. It was alright. It wasn't too sweet but there was a good amount of boba juice that made the drink taste a little weird. Inside was clean and brightly lit. Probably would not go back unless I was in Chinatown and craving boba.

This is my favorite T4 spot !! I'm always here when I come visit , I can't leave without coming here. The popcorn chicken 10000/10000 It's always busy but I never waited over 15 minutes before even if it's a little bit busy. I usually always get the same drink and they never disappoint

Best popcorn chicken ever! My go to order is popcorn chicken and jasmine milk tea, half sweet, light ice. Service is alright. I like going here because the prices are still relatively affordable and almost half of all the other boba places. You can also order ahead online on their website.
