I honestly don't understand why this place has such vulgur reviews tied to it. It's a combination KFC/Taco Bell, if you want some cheap fake Mexican food or fried chicken they will make it for you pretty fast. Like the menus public, these 1 star folks went here knowing they could get a taco made of doritos and a bucket of fried chicken at the same location. If you're expecting them to whip you up a culinary masterpiece, go somewhere else or remind yourself you're eating fast food. The service and food are great as long as you treat the folks who work their with respect.

The food was inedible. I literally could not bite into it to chew it. I ordered two steak chalupas and the bread on them was rock solid. Stale and expensive food is so disappointing. They also forgot my cinnamon twists that I paid for. The girl at the drive thru window was pleasant, and they read back my order. Either way, I cant get behind paying 20 bucks for 3 stale items. At least the drink was good.

Ugh. Smells horrible in there. Not a good idea at all to combine these 2. All I could smell was yuk greasy chicken. Usually at Taco Bell, there's no bad odors. I requested a veg burrito option. The high schooler that wanted to help just didnt get that I wanted a full burrito without any meat. She was nice but it just doesn't work for me to get anything there. And also seriously KFC and the Bell are low end spots that you should always be able to pay cash for items purchased. Not recommended. Also had no menus to look at...just some teensy card menu on the back wall.

Don't waste your time. They were out of all diet drinks, the only drinks they had available were cherry Pepsi and mountain dew. . Got home and food was an absolute burnt mess and wasn't even correct. Never going back. The boys were constantly playing and flirting with the one girl instead of focusing on their job. Clearly management is non-existent.

The bean and cheese burrito was great however the Mexican pizza was not like any Mexican pizza I’ve had at Taco Bell. Tortilla something out of a cheap Mexican supermarket the cheese was melted old cheese it tasted like the ingredients were all mixed with dawn dish soap.
Employees at this location are rude and vulgar, aswell threaten with police. Asked for assistance and couldn’t get help . This individual doesn’t like working here and claims he’s the manager after repeatedly asking for someone else’s help. Place is clean aswell is nice atmosphere but needs new management.

Terrible staff, entered the UNLOCKED lobby and stood there for about 8 minutes, being entirely ignored. After those 8 minutes, I was told "The lobby is closed" no signs up, no warnings, no curteous staff. A basic sign would fix the problem but you clearly dont care about your customers. I will be contacting corporate about this unprofessional location.
