Delicious yakitori. Chicken ramen had lots of good yuzu and pepper flavor. The bun was very good as well.

We ordered Salted Boiled Edamame as an appetizer, Unagi Rice Bowl, Tonkatsu Ramen, Miso Tonkatsu Ramen and a bottle of local Nigori Sake. The Tonkatsu soup is very umami delicious paired with seaweed, bamboo shoots, thinly sliced ear mushrooms, half boiled egg and two cuts of boiled pork Chashu. The Unagi Rice Bowl has two skewers of Unagi, which lacks more roasting, it needs to be burned or toasted more. It has a combination of fresh seaweeds, fresh salad and plain rice. There were three of us and we paid a little over $80. We will definitely come back for more Ramen and Yakitori. This place is highly recommended!

The food is delicious but WATCH YOUR MONEY. My credit card company notified me that they used my payment information to tip themselves 74% extra after the fact. I had already tipped 15%. There are a lot of other ramen places that won’t scam you in Oakland that are just as good. Go to them instead of this place.

Very nice and cozy little restaurant perfect for this cold holiday season! The potstickers and fried chicken was a great start for appetizers! Such amazing flavors with large portions and large menu! Highly recommend!

Undercooked eggplant, dry chicken, soft bacon, bland tofu, rubbery mushrooms in ramen. Would not go back. Mensho is 100 times better.

I ordered the creamy soy ramen (vegan) and the trumpet mushroom skewers! The flavors were fresh and the service was immaculate! The server knew just when to check in on all the tables and as someone who was dining solo, I am so glad I was not overlooked but also not pressured to eat too fast.
Thank you for a wonderful time!

Potentially fake review food itself came out cold. The noodles quality was bad.

The food was pretty bland. It's not a good sign when edamame from whole foods is better than what they've got for takeout; I didn't finish it. The ramen was okay with chewy meat.

I have eaten here 4-5 times and it’s been an amazing meal every time. I force my kids to share their ramen so we can order more appetizers and explore the menu. The corn and pork ta-da buns are standouts. Every ingredient in the ramen is flavorful and tasty and when it’s all combined together it is a real treat.

This place is amazing and it’s my preferred Ramen spot in Oakland. I love their spicy tantanmen ramen and the miso tonkotsu. Their fried enoki entree is tasty and has great texture. Even their desserts are incredible so leave some room for the hojicha panna cotta!!

Rivals marufuku in broth quality. Got a enoki bacon skewer and it was wonderful. Tonkotsu was very good as well. Meat could have been more tender but everything else was spot on. Server was very nice. Will definitely be back!
