I come here during college football season. They have PLENTY of TVs. I’m a healthcare traveler from Alabama and I have to watch my Auburn Tigers play. My dad came here from Texas (Baltimore native) to watch the Washington Commanders (red skins) play and I come during baseball season to watch the Washington Nationals. I visited early on a Saturday afternoon-- I was killing time waiting for a bus. It was apparently an "off" hour/day, probably because there were no significant games in progress. I was the only person in the place, which can be awkward.The service from the staff was prompt and courteous. I enjoyed a couple glasses of cider and looked at the menu but didn't have time to eat.I've been here a few times in the past and have found the experience to be reliably positive.

Oakland Athletic Club has a cool, sporty atmosphere. The food is so-so, but where they shine is their drinks - good quality, though a tad pricey. It's a great spot to meet up, good for couples and small crowds. Solid 4 stars for the vibes and the drinks!
