Stopped by here on jury duty, the owner is very polite and friendly. Had the chicken katsu, it was quite pleasant. The only issue I had was with some of the flies buzzing about, but most places seem to have them here, would come again.
Walked in and ordered the Bento House sushi roll and the garlic fried chicken rice bowl. The sushi was fresh and delicious! The chicken was good but just a tiny bit salty. Overall, I had a great experience ordering, interacting w the staff and the food was good. Would definitely recommend and order from here again.
The food was mediocre. I was surprised because there were some great reviews. In discussing my disappointment with coworkers who recently went there I heard the same sentiments - greasy and poorly flavored. Nonetheless, I rate the food 3/5. In regard to the atmosphere for such a small space, it felt like a safe place to eat. This for me is a 4.5/5. Where the place tanks is in the service.
