The food was pretty good, they have some good vegetarian options which is rare for a cafe inside a zoo. The service was quick and efficient. They have enough space inside and outside too. It is on the expensive side, but getting food inside a zoo is a plus. The view from their deck is really good.

The coffee is awful but the view is great. Quick friendly service. The coffee is so bad it gave my wife a stroke, or at least that's what her face looks like after drinking it.

If you’re like me and are tired of looking at boring animals and instead are excited to pay the cost of a zoo ticket to wait for some cold wet food. This place is a HIT!
I ordered ahead of the lunch rush. I waited nearly 40 minutes for my order to be ready. I finally went to the front to ask, and was handed a cold wet, pre-made wrap from a fridge. Got the text 2 mins after leaving. Paid $15.

Don't buy the cheese pizza unless they like an herb topping.
Ordered cheese pizza $12 for our 4 young kids to share. Came with an herb topping that service was unwilling to remake. Really annoyed by the lack of explanation and short response.
Table next to us also ordered and complained about the herb topping.
Don't they realize a cheese pizza is for young kids?

Food and atmosphere are okay but I ordered something and it took them 30 mins to deliver while they weren’t that busy. I think they made a mistake but they wouldn’t admit it. I will come to the zoo again but I will avoid this restaurant.
