Good service for picking-up some herbs!

I called to ask about the price of an item that is known as very expensive on the market. The owner is very unfriendly kept saying that I had to drive to the shop to see the things and she was not willing to tell the prices or consultant. This is very bad customer services! How can the owner think that is they are not friendly on the phone, they would think the potential buyers waste their time driving to the shop with all the hassles and could not find the items with the prices they are happy with? but they must drive their and cannot ask on the phone? What are phone for? Very bad customer services! I have seen this in some other Asian supermarkets as well, not only these herbals shops.
