Kids meal was 1 chicken tender, 1 small bag of goldfish, 1 cup of apple sauce, and a small half pint milk for $8.99. Tasted good but easy to pricey.

I recommend not ordering the cheeseburger. I thought I had pretty reasonably low expectations going in due to the location and limited menu but it was just awful. The bun was cold - refrigerated cold. The cheese sauce was therefore also cold from sitting next to the bun. The patty itself seemed like it had been cooked the day before and microwaved and unfortunately it seemed like the tomato slice was microwaved with it as it was basically mush.

Worse food and pricy. Took Buffalo chicken wrap which was nothing but a regular grilled chicken wrap with no taste of buffalo sauce. Also, worse chicken tenders ever had with no taste.

They get half of! a zero. Disgusting!I may never visit again. Ever.Their hammer had no bacon. Their chicken smelled as if it was still alive. They put cheese on my fries when I said no chesse.

Was surprised at the great food we ordered. Chicken strips were huge and you received 2 along with fries. Also ordered the hot dog which was a nice fat one on fresh bun and grilled onions. Drinks were self serve and many to choose from. The price was a shock but we were all hungry so it is what it is. There was 9 of us and spent around $175 for our meals and drinks. Pricey but its a treat once in a while.

Wow is it food or gold they are serving? Not many options and the prices are insane. No veg options at all.

How do you, as a zoo in Oakland, not have diverse plant based food options? There was a salad and fries, they were sold out of a vegetarian burger. Don't expect much, just an FYI for future potential customers, and the kids meal chicken tenders is one chicken tender.Nothing down on the zoo or staff, just menu choices by management...

Got 2 orders of garlic fries and instantly regretted it. We were the only people in there and they still managed to serve us stale fries that were sitting in a pool of oil. We didn't want to be Karens so we didn't complain but now 2 hours later our stomachs are bubbling. How do you mess up fries? On top of that I watched a worker walk out with the crispiest looking fries ever. It's just a matter of giving the slightest f**k about your customers.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! If you like wasting an hour and hearing your kids crying about how hungry they are for an hour, this is the perfect "restaurant" for you. This was the only "restaurant" opened, the line was out to by the gift shop, I saw a QR code by the door, order online, skip the line. Placed my order at noon, pickup time was 12:25, I asked the girl at the counter about my order at 12:30, she went to the ticket machine, my ticket was still there, she handed it to the expeditor. I've worked at many kitchens in my life, this tells me the expeditor did not put the online orders through, instead, he was trying to get all the in house order first, because everyone that was in the line ordering while I was ordering online, they all got their food and eating. There was about 10 people waiting at the "pickup order" window, all holding their phones with their online order. This is a poorly managed kitchen, it shouldn't take that long to make corndogs, fries, chicken strips, they are ALL fried food, even the burger patties, it's pre-made, and the girl at the fries station, she only has two jobs, put the fries into the basket, and when it's low, yelled "fries" or "87 fries" so the kitchen can fried more fries, easy right? Nope, they keep running out of fries, which means, the 10 hamburgers, chicken strips, and corndogs sitting at the expeditor table can't leave the kitchen because they are waiting on fries, they all just standing around with the food getting cold while waiting on the cook to drop the fries into the fryer, this happened 3 times while I am standing there, food is getting cold. At 12:45, I asked the girl at the counter to checked on my order one more time, she just completely ignored me, went to chat with the other girl while everyone is standing around, once more, waiting on fries, while the food is just sitting there. Finally by 12:55, they called my name, I noticed the two tables next to me, they also got crying kids and waiting, I asked them if they order online, they said "yes, it's a mistake", they still waiting on their food. Why does it take an hour to dropped some corndogs, fries, and chicken strips into the fryer? And the burgers? Don't asked for melted cheese, because it's pre-cook, unless you want them to put it in the microwave, speaking of burgers, the menu said "lettuce, tomatoe, 1000 island dressing", neither of our burgers came with the dressing, just plain old meat, and I wasn't gonna wait in line for dressing. Honestly, leave the zoo, get a stamp for re-entry, there's plenty of good restaurants around there, don't waste your time or money here, unless you like wasting an hour and having a bunch of young adults don't cared about your order and give you the stink eye because you dare to asked about your order after an hour.

Horrible, the food was way too overpriced. Also, we waited over 40 minutes for some fries…
