This was a GREAT experience for me. I'm a fanatic about two things:1. Excellent smoke flavor on my meat. The Tri-Tip was Gud Lawd tasty!2. I go bananas when I my food has the down home style of cooking! And of course I went BANANAS!!ça c'est bon!
