Sketchy location, but closest to me, so decided to go today, I asked for my fries to be light skinned as in not burnt. This is what I received. Burnt/black fries and a six piece lemon pepper wings that are so hard you can’t buy into them. I only eat out once per month and this is what I get as my treat, horribly disappointed, I knew not to go to Wingstop.

This Wingstop location routinely violates the state's health code, and they do not care. They require third-party delivery drivers to fill up fountain drinks, which is in direct violation of California's AB 3336. I have cited this to them, and they do not care. Do not eat here if you value your health.

The staff here is probably a bit slow, i think. They always seem to get orders wrong or miss things on the order. If you have a order with specific instructions, it may take them a while to process that or they might even tell you that they haven't been trained on that yet. The youngsters need to be trained here and not just thrown into it.

Placed an order on Uber for delivery, after waiting an hour the Uber driver called to let me know the restaurant was closed! They should have just turned off order pick up if they were going to close early.

LYING SCAM ARTISTS. Check your order before leaving! Wingstop costs too much to get orders wrong. I ordered via the app and paid for all drums for my 10 piece- I did not receive all drums. I also paid for chicken tenders and there were no tenders in the bag. We called several times and never got an answer, probably because it was 20 min until closing. I followed up the next day and talked to a manager about a refund and she said she would look into it and get back to me. I never heard anything back even after following up a few times. I called my bank to dispute after not getting follow-up from the branch and wingstop disputed my dispute and told them that they gave me everything (I had time-stamped photos of this not being the case and a call-log of my unanswered calls). It's funny how they had time to do that but didn't ever have time to call me back about my missing food. I have heard other people complain of similar situations so buyer beware. If you're picking up then definitely check your order while you're there.

How does this store stay in business? -1. I received an e-mail advertising free delivery I ordered om Wednesdays through October, so I ordered from their website. I ordered the Wing Combo with 10 wings, 1 side, and 1 20-oz drink. When the driver came he did not have the drink. I questioned that and he claimed it wasn't in the order. I checked my order and the drink was there. When I called the store I was told that they did not deliver. So why did their e-mail say they did? And there was a spot on their website for delivery, Then they refused to refund the drink. If I wanted my money or the drink I would have to go to the store. If I wanted to go to the store in the first place, I would gone there, not ordered online.2. When I opened the bag everything else was there. But, when I started to eat the wings, they were dry and not moist. The skin was hard to bite into and chew. The best was the side - I chose the vegetable sticks.I will not go to/use this store again. And are the other stores the same?

The workers are rude! Seem like they don’t like the job or didn’t want to work! There are no drinks in the fridge! It’s says open until midnight. Got there at 11:20 and was already shutdown! You can only make onlineOrders . If you don’t have a card you won’t ever eat at this location. They might as well just get rid of the whole building and everything in it
