On Jan. 27, 2024, the manager (Charlie) allowed a panhandler/beggar to solicit my elderly mother as she paid for her meal. Neither he nor his employee provided a helping hand to ease him off my mother so she could focus and pay for her meal. Instead, they allowed him to solicit and annoy her during the money transaction. While distracted by the panhandler/beggar, the first credit card she used was declined, so she used cash before changing her mind to use a different credit card. The chaos from the panhandler/beggar caused the cashier to forget to give her the cash back after charging the 2nd credit card. SHE HAD TO ASK FOR HER OWN MONEY BACK! They apologized to her but there was no solution to stop this guy from bothering my mother and honestly her meal should have been free!!!! I called the store and told the manager Charlie that he and his employees need to be retrained on how to look out for their customers in general ESPECIALLY the ELDERLY! DO NOT COME HERE! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!

Placed an online order for carry out on their app- easy, right? Not easy at all! Arrived at the store and the employees couldn't find my order, despite displaying my confirmation. Then they said that half my order was complete, but that it wasn't made to my specific order (as displayed on my online receipt) and refused to change it. Furthermore, they claimed that they didn't receive the other half of my order that was on the same receipt! It would have been negligible had they been professional, but they were very rude and downright uncivil when they're the ones who made the errors? Save yourself the trouble and go across the street to KFC. The food quality is not worth the effort.

The service is horrible!! They have young girls trying to work their way up the ladder in the back doing "facials" and not even washing their hands....it's nasty!!

While 3 employees was at the register talking, laughing, joking around, and ignored that I a customer was even standing there. They did not say, "hold on mama, or we will be with you in one minute." Then my daughter walked up to the window and asked the gentleman can he take our order. He ignored her like we wasnt there. I grabbed my daughter and we left with nothing but our dignity. Customer Service needs a big improvement on staff or some retraining. Hire employees that do understand what respeat is or have values. And as a business you should not have paper signs up in the window stating service will be refused if a customer disrespect the employees. I will not be back or spend my hard working dollars in that store. I understand why this Wingstop on MacArthur is 3.6 in reviews.

October 26th 2023 ~10:45 pm, I order pickup through UberEats, I come in, the guy says "5 minutes", I am leaving and coming back 5 minutes to midnight (an hour later). The same guy is now telling me that my order was picked by "a black guy" (quote) with my name shown on his phone - like, really, someone else has access to my UberEats account? What is it people, you thought I won't be coming back and you can just steal it? "I cannot help you" he says, dude, really?..I cannot believe how low you should fall to do and say that crap and how theft is so commonly tolerated, I know it's "just $20", but that's just sick.

We know what to expect at wingstop, decent wings and below average service. One thing this Macarthur location specializes in is FORGETTING ITEMS. Out of the 10+ times I've been here. There's probably been twice where I've had my order complete or correct. They forget sauces, sides, even whole orders of wings. So check your order before you walk out. I highly recommend fire wings over this place now.
They don't wash the chicken comes out of bag raw and then goes in fryer. The bacteria is then cooked into the meat.

I got three flavor of wings but they all tasted and looked the same. Was really disappointed but I knew better. It wont be the first nor will it be the last time they've barely added any seasoning. Should've driven the extra 8 minutes to the Alameda Wingstop to get my moneys worth. They never disappoint with the seasoning.

The wings are good and the service is OK I went to the one on MacArthur Boulevard in Oakland California. It was busy as hell but the food was good. French fries was good so I will be re-ordering some more food by coming in by phone or online.
