On Jan. 27, 2024, the manager (Charlie) allowed a panhandler/beggar to solicit my elderly mother as she paid for her meal. Neither he nor his employee provided a helping hand to ease him off my mother so she could focus and pay for her meal. Instead, they allowed him to solicit and annoy her during the money transaction. Placed an online order for carry out on their app- easy, right? Not easy at all! Arrived at the store and the employees couldn't find my order, despite displaying my confirmation. Then they said that half my order was complete, but that it wasn't made to my specific order (as displayed on my online receipt) and refused to change it. Dec. 21, 2023@9:15pm. My daughter & I walked into Wingstop, No one was in line waiting. I politely waited for 10 minutes. While 3 employees was at the register talking, laughing, joking around, and ignored that I a customer was even standing there. They did not say, "hold on mama, or we will be with you in one minute."
