Food is amazing everything about my experience, I keep coming here because the food & the people. Staff is very attentive, great energy & always have a smile. The atmosphere is clean & something like a family dinner at home but upscale. Oakland needs this place & I pray it stays.
Food was really good and so was the mimosa however if your gonna go be prepared to wait 2 hours people came and sat after I arrived and got therir food before I did which was disappointing because I waited patiently and I gave them a tip before I even tasted the food very busy place I understand they have to service others but one girl of the servers had an attitude and didn't want to help when I kindly asked how much longer for the wait anyways food was delicious I ordered...
The food and service was amazing. I don’t want to butcher the young lady who served us but she had long locs. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and her recommendations were on point. I can’t wait to dine in again. The mac and cheese I can still taste it and instead of the banana pudding I wish I would have brought home a side of it. The portions are also great for the price. In my opinion good food is worth the price so it’s definitely worth every penny.
