Yemen Chef is honestly the best restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life! The food is absolutely delicious, fresh, full of flavor, and the service is amazing. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommended!
No fluff authentic and good food with a wholesome atmosphere.

Yemen Chef Restaurantمطعم يمني offers absolutely amazing food and even better hospitality. Everything tastes fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. The lamb mandi is outstanding—the lamb is incredibly tender, juicy, and falls right off the bone. The rice is perfectly seasoned with authentic Yemeni spices, and the fresh bread is the perfect addition to the meal. The fahsa is flavorful, fresh, comforting, and filling. The beef agda and mulukhiya are also great choices; the mulukhiya is like spinach and okra made a baby, not as slimey as okra and more neutral like spinach. The food stays hot the entire time, and every dish comes out quick and hot. The presentation is beautiful, and the portions are generous.
The service is great, fast, and the staff are respectful and helpful. They treat guests like family and make everyone feel welcome from the moment they walk in. The place is clean and well organized. The set up is traditional, with standard seating as well as culturally traditional low to ground booths. The dining area is beautiful and comfortable, with minimal but clever decorations. The atmosphere is hot inside, but the ambiance can’t be beat. It is a hole in the wall worth checking out. For two people, three dishes is more than plenty with leftovers to take home. Highly recommended for authentic Yemeni cuisine.
