Decent dim sum for the price, and they have a selection of food ready to serve for to-go orders. The menu is pretty small but the selection is pretty good overall. Service is friendly and quick, and the restaurant is clean. Nothing special but still worth going to if in the area.
Not a fancy place but they do have dim sum ready to serve or take out. If you don’t speak Cantonese or Mandarin, the steamers are right there for you to point to whatever dishes you like. The food comes quickly.
This is the best place for steamed bun in Oakland Chinatown! My family and I have been going here for many years and we have always enjoyed their pork buns, "big" buns (contains egg, chicken, seasoned pork, and Chinese sausage), cabbage & pork buns, and custard buns. For us, their steamed bread products are really what shine here, the bread is fluffy & soft without being too sweet or dry and the fillings are well-seasoned, fresh, and plentiful. Yummy Dim Sum...
