Three nice size pieces of fish that are hand battered,the batter is seasoned and people let me tell you the french fries were insanely out of this world fantastic. The fries look like they have a coating on them but not covered completely in the coating. I know that sounds crazy but it's true my friend and I could not stop eating them so worth the money. I walked up to the side window about 630 it was really good you guys I can't say it enough. There was only one lady working in the kitchen and she was so nice. Go check this place out. They've got a nice little menu of different things not just fish and chips and of course chowder.“

“This restaurant has excellent food. It has better food than some of the more higher priced restaurants in the area. The food is always fresh. They have the best house dressing. I’ve tasted in a long time. Fresh seafood always done well .Service was a little slow due to the fact that they did not have enough servers hard to get good people to work anymore.“

“Garlands is one of my favorite places to eat, their food is the BEST and my personal favorites are the fish and chips and hamburgers. Their ranch dressing is really good “especially if you like ranch like me”. My all time favorite item is the milkshakes honesty it’s probably the best milkshake I’ve ever had!! I Recommend it ,believe me you won’t regret it. Also the staff were really nice and helpfully it’s a great place to take your family.“

“My mom and I had been driving all day and pulled into Hoagies about 2 minutes before closing time. We asked CJ and Taylor if it would be possible to still order some food. They said they were happy to do so! Then we told them they we both have celiac disease and asked if they could give us something gluten free. They both went out of their way to read labels for us and even asked if we would like to have corn tortilla strips on our salads instead of croutons (which are not gluten free). “This place is so amazing!! Great to bring kids to as well. My favorite thing is to do the hike nearby and then end at the chicken shack for lunch. Like hike is amazing and ending at Avila farms for a delicious meal ends the day on a great note. Plus you can stop by and feed all the cute little animals and check out the farm right next door!!

I should have been upset but he made sure i was left happy. He saved this location from losing a customer who comes here about 5x a week sometimes more than once per day! “5/12/21 5:40pm went through the drive-thru ordered my food ,had about three bites and noticed a pinkie size piece of wood in the burger That's not including the wood that I spit out of my mouth. you never know what's in pre processed hamburger patties talk about dangerous! I know why the price of wood is so high now,I can't imagine the scenario that would have played out if a child had gotten the burger I got.“
