If you need to stretch your legs, take a sunny day stroll down the pier and reward yourself with a savory snack. The fish and chips was well battered, and the old bay seasoning and tartar sauce brought the whole thing together. Be wary, not a lot of sitting room. But, you can snag a spot on the railing and enjoy the breeze.

Fish & Chips with Bread Pudding, a most perfect meal on all points! The dips options of tartar sauce and addicting MALT VINEGAR (!?!) were simply stupendous. Plentiful and meaty the 2 pieces of the Yellow Fish ? catch of the day! The fresh homemade cream on the velvety bread pudding with macerated berries is stellar. This place takes Foodies seriously… thank you!!

Quick bite on the ocean. This spot is so perfect, very friendly hostess and fast service too. What's better than the ocean view here. I ordered fish and shrimp tacos, and they are amazing! Definitely stop by when you are in oceanside!

Although it is a very small food stand with some seating nearby, the food was fantastic. By far, the best shrimp tacos and ceviche I have ever eaten. The classic chowder was also exceptionally good. A+++
Parking: The Brine Box is at the end of the pier. There are multiple parking options along the beach or nearby in downtown Oceanside. Expect to walk a fair distance.
Wheelchair accessibility: The Brine Box is at the end of the pier and the wooden planks are not perfectly smooth, but it is considered wheelchair accessible. The closest handicapped parking is near the base of the pier along the beach road.
