We went at 5:15 on a Thursday evening. The staff was working hard to get orders done but were in the midst of training new hires. It was pretty slow going. The food and portions were good. The soda machine was out of carbonation.
Today, I had such a good experience at Chipotle; I was running in for a quick dinner and being indecisive when I started to order: Anthony who was taking care of my order was exceededingly gracious- it stood out enough for me to write this review. The rest of the staff including the manager, Lali, were also super chill and nice. I don't even get that service in fine dining restaurants always. The food was also good and fresh and restaurant was clean. Thank you!I'll definitely...

I ordered a chicken bowl, which i usually order, and the chicken looked old. I was hesitant, but I still got it. When they served me the chicken, I could tell it was from the day before because it wasn't in chunks like it usually is. It was a whole bunch of small burnt dried up pieces. It was like they had used all the leftover scraps from the day before....
