I'm disappointed to be leaving this review today as I've been an occasional customer for the past 2 years. Service is always 10/10 but their prices have sky rocketed and ingredients have not. Maybe the fruit teas are the only things on the menu sort of worth the price for the sizes they give but we just paid: $7 for a matcha milk tea with boba that tastes either stale or incorrectly made and $10.95 for a taro milk tea with two toppings. I hate having to update a review to a more negative one. Especially because the customer service here is really great. But I don't think they will last much longer. the prices are astronomical and the taste isn't high quality. The toppings didn't taste fresh or correctly prepared. $10 for a drink is insane. The last time I ordered this drink from another popular bubble tea chain I paid $2 less than I did from here and my drink tasted wayyyyyyywayyywayy better. I don't really recommend...read full review

Very mediocre for the price.Not sure if it was the time of day or the fact that there was only a single lady helping everyone. But the food we got was very underwhelming.
