I love this place for their sides! Omg they are so good...the tofu is just too good to pass up.

Issue with doordash order. My friend ordered our food and drinks through his doordash app. I wanted the jalapeño poppers with fries and the yogurt strawberry with lychee jelly. But ended up with a chai with coffee jelly. We waited to get or refund for the drink since it was clearly a mistake but they declined since the manager claims there was no mistake. I dislike chai and ended up not drinking it and the food was average. Got ripped off 22 dollars

Very mediocre for the price. Not sure if it was the time of day or the fact that there was only a single lady helping everyone. But the food we got was very underwhelming. We chose a good variety of options as it was our first time there (a few "snacks", milk tea, and bowls).Egg rolls were burnt with 1 of them being barely recognizable as it was falling apart. Fries were extremely soggy and sad. Popcorn chicken was pretty good though.Boba was ok. We got Taro and their "Signature" tea. Taro was very light in flavor. Almost tasted watered down. The "Signature" was nothing special either. If you are looking for an interesting food n boba place to try, go for it.But,There are much better boba spots nearby, such as Ding Tea.Glad to have finally tried it. Won't be going back though.

The staff was helpful. The selection is quite limited. I opted to get an oreo slushie with boba. The beverage appeared to be delicious. Sadly, it amounted to a cup of ice with a little bit of milk, and a single oreo crumbled on the top of the ice. There was no actual flavor to it. I ended up paying nearly 7 dollars for a beverage that I essentially threw away the content and consumed just the boba.I am pretty disappointed with this beverage. I came here on a whim because another boba shop was closed. My wife has told me that she has had good beverages here. However, I wouldn't recommend the oreo slushie.I did try a sip from my wife's thai tea with boba, and it tasted okay.

Ordered a Guava yogurt drink with boba and blended coffee and both were not good. The Guava yogurt was mostly yogurt with hardly any guava flavoring. The coffee was not freshly brewed coffee but tasted like instant coffee (and not the good instant coffee either). We got a good amount of boba but they were stale and tasted old. Shop was hot and dark, not a very welcoming atmosphere. The prices were high as well. $18 for two regular size drinks with boba, not including tips. They didn't have some of the drinks on their online menu either.

Mangonada was bursting w/ tamarind spice & classic Taro Milk Tea was creamy and tasted like Cookies n' CreamWould love to come back and try their food items next time!

Cashier was nice.My Thai Boba tea was ok, the price is insane $8.73 for a regular size( the smallest size)Very watery, not creamy at all. They had no AC it was hot in there, boba was just sitting on the counter. Another thing I noticed was cashier is the same person that makes your drink right after taking ur money they don’t wash their hands or wear gloves. Waste, I ended up throwing it away, Won’t be back.

I'm disappointed to be leaving this review today as I've been an occasional customer for the past 2 years. Service is always 10/10 but their prices have sky rocketed and ingredients have not. Maybe the fruit teas are the only things on the menu sort of worth the price for the sizes they give but we just paid: $7 for a matcha milk tea with boba that tastes either stale or incorrectly made and $10.95 for a taro milk tea with two toppings. Both drinks were okay at best. Unfortunately with other boba shops popping up around the area with better prices and on par drinks, LolliCup may have to be one store I visit less or not at all. If you do decide to try, make sure to spend the money on the Lychee Wave - it never fails to be delicious and somewhat worth the price. (Side note: i asked for oreos in the matcha milk tea and there seemed to be (maybe) one or two Oreos total blended into a fine powder..couldn't even tell they were added)

I hate having to update a review to a more negative one. Especially because the customer service here is really great. But I don't think they will last much longer. the prices are astronomical and the taste isn't high quality. The toppings didn't taste fresh or correctly prepared. $10 for a drink is insane. The last time I ordered this drink from another popular bubble tea chain I paid $2 less than I did from here and my drink tasted wayyyyyyywayyywayy better. I don't really recommend anymore and I don't know if I'll be back considering there's something else across the street. It wasn't so terrible that I didn't finish my beverage though
