I ordered 2 breakfast meals pluss an award free coffee. I received the 2 breakfast meals but did not receive the free coffee. The receipt they gave me does not even have all the info on it. Where is the store id #? Where is the total amount I paid?
And to add to all this on the app it doesn't list any of the info of what I ordered and should have received. It makes it so they can cheat you and you can't prove it

This is the worse Del Taco ever. Half fries were ice cold and other half were warm. The sodas were all watered down. The carnitas street taco were made with pork fat only and not fully cooked. Fries were also stale. Customer service was like talking to a wall and the place grave empty. Now all that was bad but the restroom was filthy and disgusting strewn with sanitary trash. Very unclean. The manager was not being a manager at all. Never again will come her not ever for free food. Yuck!!!

ordered before closing. made it to the drive thru before closing, my food is sitting right there and woman walks to the window, locks it and disappears stealing my food. waited 15 mins and I see her she come and just waves saying she won't give me my food

Probably the worst Del Taco I’ve ever been too! Staff doesn’t know their own menu, always seem to forget ingredients, literally no lettuce or tomato. One I time had to print out the receipt to show that I paid for fries after a long 15 minute wait while parked after ordering drive thru. These are all separate occurrences on why you should go somewhere else. This location has gone down hill…

What a terrible meal I had today 4/26. My del tacos were super stale. No crunch at all! Less meat than usual. My fries taste old with little to no salt. My tortilla for my chicken soft taco was super stale with barely any secret sauce. The fountain machine smelled like a bum. I’m going to avoid this del taco for a while.

This location gives Del Taco a bad name. The customer service, quality, and wait times are consistently awful (and that is an understatement). I keep hoping they will get new management or that something will change, but it seems to be going from bad to worse. I will be spending my hard earned money at other locations.

Went in today about noon service was horrible. The guy who took my order had blue gloves on the whole time. After he rung me up he didn't wash his hands or change the gloves. He immediately went to handling food. I also asked him how to add points to my account from a mailing coupon. He told me scan the bar code then walked off not interested. I had trouble figuring it out so I asked a lady for help. I believe she's a supervisor but she seemed pissed off. Talked to me like I was a child. Horrible attitude and even was confused about my order. Never figured out how to put points on account. Was told different answers and ladies attitude was miserable. Nobody should be treated like that. It says Del Taco on the building not the ladies name. 1st they seem not to want to clean hands or change gloves then bad service. This is what they do infront of customer's. What do they do behind our backs?

No real atmosphere more a pick up and go facility. Food is great. We love taco Tuesday. Lots of new staff. Seem to have problem getting lemon slice in my unsweetened iced tea though.

Tried to order food here tonight. The employees could barely get my order at the drive thru. They were laughing and obviously distracted. Then I go to pull up to the window and the car in front of me at the window is delivering them Panda Express. Must have been a good delivery service. They get their food and now I pull up to the window. There is a female employee washing out her personal thermos in the food area. The guy at the drive thru takes my card and gives me the receipt. I keep watching the female employee that was rinsing out her thermos. She then goes and handles the food without washing her hands. Then the guy at the window says he forgot to charge me for one of the items. I said just refund my order which he did. I left so disappointed. This del taco location has been going downhill but how disgusting. When I told the guy at the window about the female rinsing her cup he said she’s not handling the food. I said ok. I will not be coming back here
