I love this location and all but with my recent visit on Dec 23 20025, I had order a 2 meals with one drink that was served in 12 min which is great but, as I'm 14 min in eating my meal. The front counter lady by the name of Fran yells out you can only sit here for 30 min after eating your meal! As I was halfway through my 2ed meal. She was really rude and made me feel unwelcomed. She then mentioned I was there for an hour which is untrue for u had time in receipt 🧾. I hope she learns how to be well mannered in her own work environment.

Del Taco will never be complete without the vegetarian beyond tacos 😠food isn’t as good as before either. I had to throw my quesadilla away because it was really salty. I miss the jack cheese as well it wasn’t an option when ordering online.

We have been to this Del taco location off of Oceanside blvd for years. It was great until recently. The past 3 times we’ve ordered, the quality has gone down and this last time, our order was wrong and didn’t receive items we paid for. It was resolved with returning the whole order and receiving a refund.
I ordered 2 breakfast meals pluss an award free coffee. I received the 2 breakfast meals but did not receive the free coffee. The receipt they gave me does not even have all the info on it. Where is the store id #? Where is the total amount I paid?
And to add to all this on the app it doesn't list any of the info of what I ordered and should have received. It makes it so they can cheat you and you can't prove it

This is the worse Del Taco ever. Half fries were ice cold and other half were warm. The sodas were all watered down. The carnitas street taco were made with pork fat only and not fully cooked. Fries were also stale. Customer service was like talking to a wall and the place grave empty. Now all that was bad but the restroom was filthy and disgusting strewn with sanitary trash. Very unclean. The manager was not being a manager at all. Never again will come her not ever for free food. Yuck!!!

ordered before closing. made it to the drive thru before closing, my food is sitting right there and woman walks to the window, locks it and disappears stealing my food. waited 15 mins and I see her she come and just waves saying she won't give me my food
The manager Sonia helped ensure iI had a meal even though it was 8:59 and they had already cleanerd the dining area.. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Probably the worst Del Taco I’ve ever been too! Staff doesn’t know their own menu, always seem to forget ingredients, literally no lettuce or tomato. One I time had to print out the receipt to show that I paid for fries after a long 15 minute wait while parked after ordering drive thru. What a terrible meal I had today 4/26. My del tacos were super stale. No crunch at all! Less meat than usual. My fries taste old with little to no salt. My tortilla for my chicken soft taco was super stale with barely any secret sauce. The fountain machine smelled like a bum. I’m going to avoid this del taco for a while.
