Having said that, the server has zero personality and is quite stoic.

The food here is amazing, authenticate, and delicious! I highly recommend eating here if you are looking for a peruvian spot. The chef is from Peru and you can taste it in the cooking! The portions were generous and the server was attentive and friendly. 10/10 highly recommend!
